I embarked on this program at the end of 2019 with the intention of using the courses as a supplement to my ongoing Self-Directed ThM Program.
However, as I progressed through the program alongside my doctoral studies at Forge Theological Seminary, I began to sense that God was equipping me for a transition to full-time ministry in the areas of writing and publishing. This conviction fully materialized upon my marriage in 2022, at which time I sought my spouse’s feedback on my writing to assess whether a serious career in this field was warranted. Following her enthusiastic approval, I committed to the complete KI program, understanding its significance in addressing the gaps left by traditional graduate studies and its specific focus on preparing students for full-time ministry.
Having completed the Bronze Level at KI in 2021, I pursued and completed the Silver Level in 2024. I am currently deeply engaged in my studies for the final Gold Level and anticipate graduating from the program within the next year or two. I plan to post artifacts and documents related to my studies at KI on this website to document all milestones achieved.
At present, I am focused on my recently acquired position as Scholar in Residence and Director of Curriculum Development at Isaac Hunter Ministries, an organization dedicated to reaching individuals ensnared by the occult, witchcraft, Satanism, and any New Age ideology. The organization, which is headquartered in Lakeside, Oregon, has facilities referred to as “the Garden,” and we are considering additional ministry initiatives including “Sanctuary House,” a foster home for unwed teen mothers, and “Restoration House,” a retreat destination for ministry workers and pastors experiencing burnout or moral distress, providing a path to restoration through God’s grace and mercy.
The primary mechanisms by which Isaac Hunter Ministries fulfills its mission include writing and publishing supernatural suspense novels, developing and executing in-person and online philosophy and theology courses, and hosting an online community where members are encouraged to tackle and wrestle with difficult questions and subjects that are often too taboo for today’s Church culture.

Note About Institutional Accreditation:
I have wrestled with higher education and the theory of the necessity of accreditation by an agency recognized by the US Department of Education. I would agree, in an equal and free world, proper accreditation is necessary and advantageous in protecting the student from charlatans selling degrees. But, this is neither a world equal nor truly free, and the very institutions used by the world to protect students in some circumstances are likewise weaponized to discriminate and oppress other students.
Religious persecution is growing in Western Culture and more specifically in the United States. Accreditation is but one element being used by the secular, humanist religion as a mechanism to disenfranchise biblical believers.
Because of this reality, involvement in mainstream academia (secular and religious alike) is simply no longer a viable option by which one can conduct research unmolested. Going forward, as persecution increases against biblical believers in the United States, it will be crucial that the Church step up and accept her responsibility in training and equipping those who call Christ Lord and King.
I am intentionally selecting a non-accredited, church based educational institution to pursue postdoctoral work in the future.
